Registration / becoming a member:
If you are trying to register on the website to become a member and see the message “email address already in use” – you are already registered from a previous attempt. Now you need to Login (not register) then retry the payment from the “My Account” page.
If you have any password problems, use the “Forgot Password” option on the Login page. If the email is not in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
Please also be aware that some people register twice (by mistake or due to a problem with payment on the first attempt) using a different email address. So if you cannot login then consider if you might have used another email address and please try this.
