We need to ask people when they join what their profession is and if they have additional skills.

An example would be a plumber who is also good at mechanics, or a salesman who is also good at sports. Both could offer skills in 2 areas. We need to ask if their skills are available to members either nationaly or restricted to their region. Once we get that info we need a list of skills available and a way members can contact those offering those skills without members doxxing themselves.
